• 40% profit on all catalog item sales and re-orders
• 5% additional commission on wholesale purchases by Beauty Representatives recruited by you Free participation in demos done at company-sponsored events in your area
• Commissions on sales through the Zana Web Site referred to you (coming soon)
• Invitation to members-only parties to preview new product launches
• Fabulous gift and reward programs for top Beauty Representatives and Directors

RULES AND DEFINITIONS
• No minimum wholesale order monthly
• All gift and reward programs will be based on Zana Beauty Representatives or Director’s wholesale orders received and accepted by the Company by the close of business each month
• A Beauty Representative or Director is an independent contractor, not an employee of Zana Cosmetics, and will not be treated as an employee for federal tax purposes or otherwise
• Commission rate on promotional Zana T-Shirt is 10%
